How to enable Add a domain for use a Merchant ID

Hello all, I am trying to integrate apple pay on the web, I have created Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and when came to Add a domain, the button is disabled and I could not figure out why it's disabled?

  • I am having the same issue. The Add Domain button is greyed out. We have been able to add 2 domains in the past. I would like to add a 3rd one but nothing happens when clicking Add Domain.

There are a few things that you may need to do still after creating the Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate.


The first thing I would take a look at is the documentation for setting up your server. This will run you through making sure that you have whitelisted IPs for domain verification and that you are using the correct set of requirements for SSL/TLS.


The second thing I would look at is registering and verifying your domain. This is a key step in making sure that the Apple Pay button can be displayed and that you can communicate with Apple Pay servers.
