Membership renewal

Hi to all,
When my Apple Developers Program had 5 days before expiration, so I started the renewal process,
I filled all payment data and press submit, then I received an email from Apple with Order Acknowledgement, there was
such text: "will be processed within 2 business days",
it was Mon, Dec 23, 2019
Now, my program has been expired, I didn't receive any new messages from apple,
and can't write to support because my account was expired
Is there any solution?
