Can I use SwiftUI to write a CarPlay UI?

Can I use SwiftUI to write a CarPlay UI? There is no info about this online, and It would be nice to know If I could use SwiftUI to write a Carplay UI before I get too deep into things.

Found out through some sources that Apple does not suggest using SwiftUI to write the Carplay portion of your app at the moment. Too many unknowns along with no emulator support for Carplay screens.
