renewable in-app subscriptions not working for some users

I have my app that has a subscription group with three auto-renewing in-app subscriptions.

I have currently 70 subscribers since we released few months ago, and has a 70% retention.

Recently about 4 users reported that after they subscribed the app does not give access to the information subscribed. They are subscribed because if they try to re-subscribe the App Store tells them so.

I have had them delete the app re-install and press Restore Purchases and still nothing happens.


To one of the users I sent him a Beta version thru TestFlight just to change environments and the the user is still experiencing the same thing.


I reviewed again the logic of the code to find any clues as to what is happening and I fully tested it all over again and all is working fine. Since I do not have access to the TestFlight log, there is no way to see what is happening.


I have no clue as to how to continue investigateing this issue. Any ideas?
