This time we needed to sync the launch with android, web and backend... so for the first time since 2011 we have used the manual option.
Yesterday the App was approved... and today we did the launch at 10:00 am (-5 gmt)
That was 9 hours ago... and the app is ready for sale, but is not available for download.
This is affecting us, and our users too.
Why do you have a manual launch, if you will not launch immediattly?
I don't see the sense of the manual launch.
