How to schedule a task irrespective of the timezone and time change event?

Hi Team,


We are planning to schedule a task after 24 hour an event to do some action. But When user intentionaly change the time, the schedule varies. Please help us to resolve this.


For instance, If the app schedule an event for 12.00PM today and suddenly user changes the time to tomorrow then the event executed at that moment while changing the time.
