Via xctest not able to get elements/identifier/bundle id of safari app browser in iOS 13.3 . Works with iOS 13.2.2

We are having xctest to validate safari browser logon inside our app by passing credentials. After updating with device and simulator to iOS13.3 this got broken. Tested against the same with iOS 13.2.2 it is working fine.

For Simulator workaround is uncheck the option "connect hardware keyboard" from Simulator -> I/O -> Keyboard In device it is working .
