using (2) and adhoc, testflight , we get beta version app

not directly input to phone i want to using web <a> tag
I want to do internal deployment using web using project 1.
install is worked. However, it has not succeeded after 99%.
error message : unable to install ios app
i already check my profiles and no problem.
so, i cant get develop app?
help and i dont speak english well sry (korean help...)
