App with only WKWebView

Hello,
One of our customers would like to encapsulate his website in a native application.
This application would contain only a WKWebView to display its website. Will it be accepted on the appStore?

AFAIK the developer forums are for answering technical questions about APIs and platforms, and not about getting policy assistance with the App Store.
