I updated to the latest beta (19C46A) and now I have no internet access. Basically DNS seems to be broken.
All other devices work on the network fine,
network config shows active connection(s).
even trying to ping the router using IP address fails.
neither wifi nor ethernet works.
help!!

I have a similar problem however I can communicate with local network devices but not internet. Other devices on the lan are working fine.
Found a little more.
I have an Ethernet Connection AND a Wifi Connection to my network. Both using the same subnet. This worked before the update... Now, If I have just Ethernet, it works OR if I have just Wifi on, it works. When I Have both active it doesn't work at all.
