I am currently running Catalina and want to use the iTunesLibrary framework to replace the XML that used to be in iTunes. I understand that the framework still works with music. However the framework file does not contain the header files and they are nowhere to be found on the Mac. I have a second Mac with Catalina and this has the same issue. I have an older Mac running Mojave and there the header files are still available.
There is no indication that the framework has been deprecated and I can see no other method for accessing the local music library. Nor can I find any way of reloading the framework. Any ideas?
