I have a requirement about playing video over USB. An MFI camera device is attached to the iPhone device. Which will record the video and i need to play the recording video (Live stream Video) in the iOS app. for eg:lilke https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvzaSNR4lYA

Your MFi camera, or something from a manufacturer with a MFi logo on the box?
If it's yours, you should use your MFi contacts for questions such as this.
If someone else's, you may need their authorization to use in your app....without such authorization, your app may be blocked.
Not sure I understand the chain, tho....you want to go from a camera to your app, then stream to where? Another device...the desktop...the web...?
