Review Team Holiday Schedule

Hello!
I couldnt find any info on the Internet, except for the Christmas holidays on 23-27th of December.
Since Thanksgiving is coming, are there going to be any interruptions in App Store Connect review team schedule?
We're planning on releasing around December 2-3

What are you releasing? Update to existing app or new app? I'd give myself minimum two weeks...get it in the store, then take it off sale until your release date, don't count on smooth sailing and a quick schedule...ever.
