I am new to MacOS App Development, can someone please guide me through the learning curve?

I do have experience with MacOS; Python 3, C/C++ Programming.

What new things do I have to learn so as to get started with the MacOS App Development community?

Since there are a few ideas in my mind, how can I hake them happen?

You need to learn the tools, for starters, then language. Check the Mac App Store for Xcode if you don't already have it. Also available here: Release


And at some point, decide if you want to commit to a Developer Program account.
