I have a really odd issue where one particular device will not show up on the "Generate Provisioning Profile" screen of the Apple Developer Account. This is the only device that is missing. I have added 9 others successfully. I have tried/checked the following:
1. The device is definately registered and enabled
2. The UDID is correct
3. Logout / Login of the Apple Developer Account
4. I am definately under the 100 device limit with only 9 devices
5. I created a new provisioning profile (still missing)
I cannot think of anything else to try. I would appreciate any help.
