ExtensibleSingleSignOn used between two different dev accounts one App is not in AppStore

ExtensibleSingleSignOn:

1. ExtensibleSSO can be shared authentication between one App in AppStore and another Enterprise App ( non-AppStore App) same authentication framework extension need to be shared for authentication?
2. Assume two apps have different bundle ids, and belongs two separate developer accounts. How same Enterprise Extn SSO code base can be shared between two?
3. Any examples available for developers from WWDC 2019 on Enterprise ExtensibleSingleSignOn? Example in WWDC is for macOS using associated domains. Any examples available exclusive for native apps?
