Empty screen when first launching app in CarPlay

When I tap on my app icon in CarPlay simulator I see empty screen as in screenshot. But in "Now Playing" application show all controls and information about media content what play now. How to show this screen when tap on application icon?

Also, after some time on the screen displayed error with message: "unable to connect to (null)"

Hi, did you find a solution for this issue? I have the same. I noticed it stopped working only beginning with iOS 13. Previously it worked well.
