Access to Sleep Stage Classification in real time

I am trying to develop an app for Apple Watch that needs to access Apple Watch's sleep stage classification (light sleep, deep sleep, REM) in real time and do something else based on that. Does Apple allow access to such data in its SDK? Has Apple released the algorithm is uses to make Sleep Stage Classification?
