The money is already deducted from my bank account

Depending on conditions we ignore, that may take a few days.
I would advise to wait for 1 or 2 days, then contact Apple Support.

Are you inside or outside the US? Outside can take up to two weeks...
I think that was just the normal time for all the verification they make before opening. I understand it is more and more thorough verification, which is good.
