Safari Push Notifications - Push Package problems

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any Java version available of the Companion file available in PHP-only as can be found on the link below at the top right:

This file is responsible to generate the Push Package for the Safari Push Notifications and my project is written with Java, so I would not like to install PHP in my server just to run this script.

How can I request this to Apple developers? It is really making my life hard because of that... thanks in advance!
