Question

It would appear there are no changes to the eGPU's as announced in 10.15.1, still unable to use 5700 XT

and the external database list wasn't been updated since August, is the release notes information incorrect since it lists RDNA architecture.

It's no longer listed in the 10.15.1 beta release notes, so I'm guessing it was pulled from this intial beta release at the last minute..

second beta of 10.15.1 is now available.

Navi / RDNA now included in release notes, and 5700XT confirmed to be working by forum members on https://egpu.io
