Issues Identified with delivery of app.

Hello.


We are suddenly having iussues with our submission to iTunes Connect. Our app passes validation fine, but we later get an email stating the following:


Dear Developer,


We identified one or more issues with a recent delivery for your app <app name>.


Please correct the following issues, then upload again.

The App Store Team


The problem is there are no issues listed! And the build is not visible in the dev portal either. It does appear as processing when it is first uploaded, but then disappears and we get this email.


Any ideas at all are very much appreciated.

Please describe (a) the process used to generate and validate the binary and (b) the process used to upload to the backend.


Which email reader are you using to read emails from Apple, on what plafform?


Have you been able to successfully upload apps in the past?


Also note that Apple hasn't used the name 'iTunes Connect' for some time. You should expect current references to only be 'App Store Connect'. Also note that either way, you're talking about the 'dev portal'. I bring this up because I'm concerned you may be relying on outdated sources for your process.
