What version of Xcode am I required to build my app with if I'm planning to release an update to the app store by November of 2019?

What version of Xcode am I required to build my app with if I'm planning to release an update to the app store by November of 2019?


Will I have to use Xcode 11? When building with Xcode 11 the modalPresentationStyle is defaulted to UIModalPresentationAutomatic. This used to be UIModalPresentationFullScreen.

My opinion is you can choose to update an app (vs. new) and submit w/Xcode 10.3.x for the time being.
