Pretty straightforward. Clean install of 13 GM seed to iPhone XS Max. Signed into iCloud. Loads iCloud Messages and iCloud Photo Library. All Messages - tap their picture at the top - then INFO - No photos/files/links are listed. Issue is present on another device restoring the GM seed overtop of 12. Same issue.
Is there a bug or is this some indexing thing that takes a long time?
