Does SFSpeechRecognizer have any functions similar to NSSpeechRecognizer?

I need delegates and a command list like NSSpeechRecognizer for SFSpeechReocgnizer. Why is this available in terms of delegates for Speech Framework on iOS and Mac Catalyst beta?
