iOS13.1 simulator?

Is there supposed to be a iOS13.1 simulator with Xcode 11 beta 7? I can't seem to find it through Xcode list of simulators.

I think we will have to wait until Xcode 11.1 for the iOS 13.1 simulator (and hopefully a simulator for the new 10.2" iPad too).
