Unable to Download Xcode 11 beta 5

Is anyone else having issues Downloading Xcode 11 beta 5? When i initiate the download it just stops.

I see part of a message saying " Cannot creat..." I cant open the downloads window to see the full message.

    Ouch...
    
    That's not even enough for macOS to tread water.
    
    Do the math:
    - Swap space for macOS: 10 ~ 15 GB
    - Download: 8 GB
    - Unpack: 17 GB
    - Install: 17 GB
    =========
    ............ right around 50 gb needed, all at the same time.
    
    You'll need -several- tens of GB free. Be sure to empty the trash when you start throwing stuff away.
