For a long time now developer ID provisioning profiles (used to distribute Mac apps outside the App Store) have not been able to include the Network Extensions entitlement (see question #8 https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/67613). Now that 10.15 is bringing System Extensions to the Mac, will this allow developer ID profiles to include network extensions?
