Version of Xcode that works with MacOS 10.13.6

Hi, i have been trying to re-install bootcamp on my iMac but the bootcamp assistant no longer has the option to create a boot USB drive. As a result windows cannot be installed. There is a fix but to use it i need Xcode but the current one will not work on my version of 10.13.6. is it possible to get an earlier version please?
