We have been waiting for 6 months, and our Enterprise Licence enrollment is still being processed

We have contacted the support team numerous times, but we get the same answer every time: "Our teams are still reviewing your enrollment and will contact you when an update is available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have any additional information at this time."


We are especially frustrated by this because we have not received any updates on this issue, and we don't know the status of our application or how much longer we will have to wait. We feel that 6 months is a very long time; does the process usually take this long?


We would really appreciate an update or a timeline.
