Channel suspended, no email received

I have the following message on one of my Apple News channels:


Channel suspended. We've sent the channel contact person an email about the issues that need to be resolved. Once you've resolved these issues, click Resubmit for Approval.


I have verified the contact email listed for the channel however no email was recieved. I found what I think might be the issue, but when I click the resubmit button, it says: "Before resubmitting your channel for approval, make sure you’ve resolved the issues mentioned in the email we sent to the channel contact person."


I definitely don't want to resubmit if I haven't actually fixed the issue. Who can I contact to get more information? There doesn't seem to be any way to do this through the publisher interface.
