App Rejected based on 4.2 Guidelines of minimum Functionality

Hello Guys:

Here I am again. This time with a rejection Notice from Apple.

I read some other posts regarding this matter and I'm puzzled by the definition of "Minimum Functionality".

My app is designed to enable the user to evaluate a decision he/she has to make by

1. defining seven (7) aspects of the decision process using 26 components

2. evaluating each of those 26 components on a 6 point scale

4. getting a feedback score based on their assessment

5. Making a decision based on a 6-point "degree of certainty" of success based on the score.

All this is done using Xcode CoreData modeling.

I don't know how this could be described as not any more than browsing experience.

I would like some assistance in understanding where to go from here in understanding what Apple wants.

Did you appeal?

If so, what did you say?

How many times?

How many rejections?

What did each rejection say?

Were you told to make changes to meta data and not re-submit another build?

Were you told to resubmit?

** Note these are simply questions to learn more details about what’s transpired to this point, not suggestions on what you should do next.

Is minimum functionality the only issue reported ?

There is no point 3 in your list.
