Account in investigation for over a month

Hello,

I just wanted to ask - How long do investigations last? It's been for over a month now and it's still in the investigation.

This should not be acceptable since I have paid for the subscription and my very first app has been rejected and put in the investigation. I will soon lose 2 months of my subscription time.

Any reason why we have to face this?

Got no response from Apple for half and a month now.


I don't think that would be acceptable for the rapid iteration of APP nowadays.

And some small companies like us would collapse on any kind of reasons, but this one would be the most unacceptable.
