As an admin of the Apple Enterprise account, I have upgraded 2 users from Developer role to Admin role. Their accounts appear when I checked for the list of admins.
But when they log in to AppStoreConnect, they are unable to find the "+" button to manage and add/invite new developers to the Enterprise account. They are able to confirm themselves as Admin role, but do not have the capability to perform their duties as that role.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a solution to this?
