Cannot sync Music

I cannot sync songs with Music app in devices with iOS 13 Public Beta and macOS 10.15 Catalina.

Same problem here! Anyone else find a workaround for this? Apple's general tech support number wasn't able to help with this. I'm still running Mojave on my laptop, but am on ios13 developer beta 2 on the phone. There is no option to turn on iCloud music in settings like there was in iOS12.

I’m having t he same issue on iPhone X iOS 13.4. It works fine on other devices, but music won’t sync on the phone.
