Does anyone know this XclocReader app for localization?

In the "WWDC19 Creating Great Localized Experiences with Xcode11" session was showing the application for localization called XclocReader. Where I can find this application?

I was looking for the same, I think it might be an internal app I couldn't find it on the App Store.

I have been using XLIFF Editor (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/xliff-editor/id1054842874?mt=12), seems to work well for me. Got a similar interface to one shown in the video.

There are a number apps on the Mac App Store.
