Very long time to perform archive build

Hi all,


I'm experiencing very long time to build an app archive in XCode 10.2.1 (10E1001).
The build process has take more than 1hr and 30' to build a very little app < 10Mb.
As you can understand this is not a normal time to perform the archive, this was never happened with previous releases of XCode.

Any suggestions or workaround?

Does this issue was fixed in XCode 11?

As you can see in the attached picture the CPU was at 99,9% for more than 1hr:28'

There is no attached picture. What you are describing is not normal. Perhaps your hard drive is failing.

How much free space on your drive?


What is the total capacity of your drive?


How much physical ram in that mac?
