I am using a WD MyCloud 3TB version. It works in 10.10.4. After I installed 10.11 beta 4. I can no longer connect to it.
WD My Cloud app works. Time Machine works. Finder doesn't.

Given what you've explained, this is clearly a bug.
If you've got a Developer membership then you can report the bug here:
If you're part of the Public Beta testers then:
"The OS X public betas come with the built-in Feedback Assistant app, which can be opened from the Dock on your Mac. The Feedback Assistant app is also available from the help menu of any app by choosing 'Send Feedback’. Alternatively, send your feedback via browser to Apple with Feedback Assistant."
