Did anyone already experienced this issue to share knowledge ?

It panics but not on every boot, no 3rd party kext/drivers installed.

I've been having the same issue this last week. almost every day when I come back to my MacBookPro 16 in the morning it has "restarted because of [this] problem"

I have a 16-inch, 2019 MacBook Pro and I am having the same issue. I think I have narrowed down the steps to reproduce the issue:

                  1. Turn on my MacBook
                  2. Plug in my 3rd Party USB-C Hub with HDMI out
                  3. Let the MacBook go to sleep
                  4. When it tries to wake up, there is a Kernel Panic which causes the MacBook to reboot

If I use an Apple USB-C AV Multiport Adapter, it works fine.

Hopefully, this can help get to a resolution.

                      Same with me everytime.

This is crazy for a new machine on the latest OS patch level.

Same behavior here. Crash Log looks a bit different to me:
