Create ML in XCode 11 Beta?

It says Create ML is now a separate application and that it is included in the XCode 11 Beta install, but I cannot seem to figure out how to access it.


Has Apple yet to release the app's beta? Do I need to be running macOS Catalina beta as well?

Yes, you need to be running the macOS Catalina beta as well. Then it will show up among the developer tools.


I'm running Catalina from an external drive, and Xcode from my built-in disk… had to give myself permissions for that.

Have you gotten any answer on this? I want to import CreateML into an iOS app because its super tedius to drag and drop models from MacOS Playground to Xcode and go back and forth between MacOS playground app and Xcode. I empathize and I hate it.
