I have been attempting to enter my credit/debit card information,
tried a few times for the last 3 or 4 days,
so that I can get started to play some AppStore Seach Ads.
However, this error persists:
We cannot verify your payment details at this time. Please try again. If you are unable to proceed, wait for 24 hours.As mentioned earily, this is way passed 24 hours and it doesn't seem it will resolve itself.
What can I do to start using Search Ads with this obstacle?
