my app was rejected guidelines 4.1

So, my game was rejected for next reason:

"Your app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.

Specifically, your app includes content that resembles Illumate without the necessary authorization."

Illumate- russian artist, the game is about him, I use his image here.

Then app review team said:

"It would be appropriate to provide documentary evidence that you have authorization from Illumate to use his image in your app."

I don't understand, how to get this documentary evidence, how it should looks like.

Can't promise what app review will/won't accept. Be sure to include the owner's contact info if review wants to go to the trouble to verify.

You might also need to give credit/state "image etc. used w/permission of xyz" inside the app.

Give that a try and good luck.

Seems the question is about trademark/copyright - if you use content that belongs to someone else, you are obligated to show proof of rights to use. In order to obtain that proof you should ask the owner, directly. If they agree to your request, tell them you need a statement of authorization. If you do not understand the process, you may need to hire a copyright attorney to handle the matter for you to be sure it is legal.

Without that authorization, you will need to remove the image(s) from your app.

Please how where you able to proof to them
