I developed a program for my client using their enterprise developer program.
Their users (all are their employee) are using the application (installed via their website), the enterprise developer has been expired but the agent didn't know to renew.
The application will still run normally or not?
When they renew the program, their users need to reinstall the new buid of the application?

It will go dark the next time it checks in with Apple to see if it's certs/profiles are still valid.
"If your Apple Developer Enterprise Program membership expires, your apps will no longer be available for download and will no longer function for those who have already installed or downloaded them."
If the account is made active again, the app will be allowed to run again, assuming the certificate and profile are not expired.
