We want to display app information on audio device by using CarPlay.
Since we had implemented it on Xcode simulation, we applied for Apple CarPlay Entitlement for our developer account from
https://developer.apple.com/contact/carplay/ three months ago but we have not received any response for the application from Apple.
Because we have not received any response, we ask Apple Developer Support the progress of our application several times.
They reply as follows:

our team do not have information to answer your question.
Please wait the response from our technical team." (The quote is translated from Japanese)
We have not received any other response so we don't know the progress of our application.
If anyone was approved for CarPlay Entitlement by any other mean,
could you tell us how to apply for the account?
