Loading xcode app version 12.1 to iphone w 12.3 IOS

I downloaded the latest version of xcode. I have version 12.1 IOS on my macpro; my iphone is 12.3. I cannot load my developed app into the iphone to test it because it says that xcode does not support devices above 12.2. Is there a version of swiftcode or xcode that will load to a 12.3 iphone. If so, how do I do this?
