Hi,
I'm trying to take screenshot for our apps using iPhone XR.
Resolution of the screenshot is 750 × 1624, However that doesn't match iTunesConnect requirement of 1242 x 2688.
Note: My app can't run on a simulator, only on the device itself.
i've tried looking for a solution but didn't find any on the web.
Can someone help ?

What is the quality of the screenshot off the device when you resize/scale it via Preview or some other image editor? That may be your only choice, outside of a macOS application (try the Mac App Store) that will generate various required screenshots from a sample, for you.

Then if you don’t have a device with the correct resolution, you’re out of luck. You’ll have to scale/photoshop your screenshots manually.
So you mean your app do not run on simulator ? Or do you want to catch some screenshots of functions you cannot run on simulator ?
