How to get better quality with new iPads?

We realized that captured photos on iPad Pro 12.9-inch and 11-inch (3rd generation) result to have a big difference compared to iPad 10.5 in terms of photo quality. Images taken in iPad 12.9/11, especially in low light conditions, resulting in blurry/smoothed images while they are much sharper in iPad 10.5.

We used the photo app from iPad, in same conditions/position, to make a comparison:

Looking at both devices camera specifications, is it possible that the lack of Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and 5/6 lenses make such a big difference? especially if you zoom in to specific areas with hair etc you can really see the difference.

Is there any way to get 10.5 quality with a new 11/12.9?

Did you also compare images from both front and back cameras?
