You should update XCode to 10.2.

Which version of XCode do you use now ?

Currrent Xcode is v10.2.1 - as noted, apparently you still need to update your tools, assuming you are on macOS Mojave v10.14.4. Use the Mac App Store to update both as needed.

Otherwise, using an older Xcode, you will not be able to build to your device that is using iOS v12.2

If you are using Xcode 10.2.1, let us know, thanks.

HI! I have XCode 10.1, but I can't update to than version.. i don't know why!
