It’s 6 months after my developer account ended. I would like to take the final payment. I have no earnings for the latest 3 months and I haven't renewed my developer membership. I have written several times to itspayments@apple.com and I haven’t received any response after 2 weeks. Thanks for your support.
Nothing can be done on this forum, which is not a communication channel to Apple, but a developer to developer forum.
For outstanding amounts that do not meet minimum payout thresholds, the dev needs to wait until the end of the fiscal year before the books are cleared and remaining revenue is transferred to their account.
2019 fiscal year period 12 ends 09/28/19. It may take a few weeks after that date for the payment process to complete. If you do not see a payment by mid-Nov., you might want to ping support and ask them to take a look.
