We have developed an accessory having the LOCK Mechanism Service with additional authorization.
We are using a customized app to set the authorization data in the home app framework.
And as per our understanding once the additional authorization data is added into the Framework, the user can access the accessory from the Native App and custom app as well.
However, after adding the accessory to the home app our accessory works fine on the IOS device version above 12, while for IOS devices below 12 it displays "Setup Needed".
So, is it any limitation of IOS version to support the additional authorization or we need some additional stuff to perform.
